Lorie Mason has joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough as of counsel in Atlanta. She is a skilled corporate attorney with more than 16 years of experience in assisting and managing merger, sale, and acquisition transactions and representing a diverse base of clients in other corporate matters. She previously served as a senior associate in the Atlanta office of an international law firm. She is a certified public accountant.
She earned her JD, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida School of Law and a Master of Tax Accounting from the University of Alabama, where she also earned a Bachelor of Science.
