James J. Casiello, Jr., Joins Goulston & Storrs as an Attorney
We are pleased to announce that James J. Casiello, Jr., has joined the firm as an attorney in Goulston & Storrs’ Private Client & Trust Group. He advises individuals and their families across all aspects of estate planning and trust administration. He drafts proactive and tax-efficient estate plans, creates and updates trusts, and prepares estate and gift tax returns. Casiello’s practice also includes working with family businesses, drafting LLC operating agreements, handling corporate filings and overseeing shareholder actions, among other legal advice.
Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, he was an associate with a boutique estate planning and tax law firm. “We are thrilled to have Jim on our team. His practical experience in estate planning, tax and trust administration is a welcome addition,” said Martin M. Fantozzi, Co-Managing Director of Goulston & Storrs.
Casiello received his J.D. and LL.M., magna cum laude, from Suffolk University in 2016, and his B.A from the University of Massachusetts, Boston in 2011.
