Fennemore Dowling Aaron, a leading law firm in the American west, announced today the hiring of three new attorneys. Attorneys John Phillips and Amanveer Brah join the Fresno office of the firm, while attorney Christopher Flail is now Of Counsel at Fennemore Dowling Aaron's Sacramento office.
 
John Phillips is a seasoned director who works in the firm's Business Litigation practice group where he brings transactional experience to the courtroom. Phillips works on numerous commercial matters, including failed agreements and transactions, partnership disputes, eminent domain actions, breach of contract cases, and corporate break-ups.
 
Aman Brah is an associate attorney who works in the firm's Trusts & Estates practice group, as well as the Business & Finance group. His work focuses on estate planning and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals, as well as taxation of property transactions, federal income tax, and tax law controversy work.

Chris Flail is a corporate and transactional attorney working in the firm's Business & Finance practice group. Flail's work includes negotiating and drafting large scale M&A transactions, licensing and leasing agreements, acquisitions and divestitures, purchase and sales agreements, confidentiality agreements, joint ventures and dispute settlements.
