Fisher Phillips Welcomes Joshua Allen and Katherine DiCicco in New Jersey
Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, announces the addition of Joshua Allen and Katherine DiCicco in the firm’s New Jersey office. Both attorneys join with national labor and employment law firm experience representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.
Allen works with employers to develop policies and procedures to maintain compliance with evolving state and federal employment laws. He also defends management against wage and hour class and collective actions and guides clients through single plaintiff litigation in state and federal courts. Prior to entering private practice, Allen served as law clerk to The Honorable Mary Gibbons Whipple of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law and his B.S. from Pennsylvania State University.
DiCicco defends employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation both in federal and state courts. She helps clients prepare employment agreements, policies and handbooks, and conducts internal corporate investigations. Prior to entering private practice, DiCicco clerked for the Honorable Kenneth J. Grispin, P.J.Cv. (Ret. July 2018) and the Honorable Mark P. Ciarrocca, P.J.Cv., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Union County Vicinage. She earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Rutgers University.
