Robert F. Lynch, Jr. Joins Business and Finance Department
Murtha Cullina LLP is pleased to welcome Robert F. Lynch, Jr. as an Associate in the Firm’s Business and Finance Department.
Mr. Lynch is a member of the Privately Owned Businesses, Mergers and Acquisitions and Emerging Companies Practice Groups. He regularly represents start-ups and closely-held businesses during all stages of the business life cycle, including choice of entity, capital raises, financing, acquisitions and dispositions. He also drafts shareholder agreements, buy/sell agreements and executive compensation agreements, and he develops and implements business succession plans.
Mr. Lynch is a member of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce and the South Shore Young Professionals Group. He is also on the Municipal Brand Committee for the Town of Milton.
Mr. Lynch received his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law. During law school, he completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Allison D. Burroughs in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He also interned at the Office of House Counsel for the Massachusetts House of Representatives, and the Massachusetts Office of the Inspector General. He received his B.A. cum laude from University of Vermont.
