Global law firm Rimon PC opens new office in Delaware with addition of Intellectual Property Partner, Zhun Lu
Rimon is pleased to welcome intellectual property Partner Zhun Lu to its new office in Newark, Delaware. Rimon’s Delaware office is its 41st location, having recently added offices in Phoenix, Austin, and Montréal in North America, as well as London and Paris in Europe.
Prior to joining Rimon, Mr. Lu was Partner at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP.
Mr. Lu is a seasoned intellectual property attorney with 20 years of experience advising clients on patent prosecution, counseling, opinions, due diligence, transactions and litigation primarily in the biotechnology, biomedical, pharmaceutical, chemical, telecommunications, electronics and semiconductor fields. Mr. Lu is currently Co-Chair of the Far East Committee of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA).
Mr. Lu also serves as outside general counsel to clients, advising them on corporate matters such as intellectual property management and other business operation issues in the U.S. With a cross-border focused practice, Mr. Lu regularly works with Asian-Pacific companies entering the U.S., as well as the U.S. and other international companies operating and doing business in the Greater China marketplace.

Mr. Lu graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Law (J.D., Cum Laude), Auburn University (Ph.D., Molecular Biology), and Huazhong Agricultural University (M.S. and B.S., Microbiology).
