Litigator John Hawk Joins Fox Rothschild in Denver

Fox Rothschild LLP welcomes John C. Hawk IV in Denver as a partner in the Litigation Department.

A skilled litigator, Hawk has represented Fortune 500 companies in complex commercial disputes for more than a decade, with a focus on consumer finance, lender liability and insurance. Hawk defends life and disability insurers, banks and other lenders and mortgage servicers in state and federal court in matters brought under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
He earned his J.D. from University of South Carolina School of Law and his B.A. from Davidson College.
Prior to joining Fox, he was a partner at Womble Bond Dickinson.
