Isaac Wiles is pleased to announce the addition of associate Phil Stovall to the firm’s business group. Phil focuses his practice on debtor/creditor matters, commercial and bankruptcy litigation, insolvency, workouts, and tax controversies.
Prior to entering private practice, Phil served for four years as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable C. Kathryn Preston of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
Phil earned his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business and his law degree from the University of Toledo, College of Law.
The firm’s business group provides services to businesses in a wide variety of industries, and positions businesses to succeed through changes such as starts and restarts, mergers and consolidations, dissolutions and structural shifts.
