Burr Forman McNair Welcomes Partner Corky Klett to the Intellectual Property Group
Summary: William Klett joins the Intellectual Property group as a partner at Burr Forman McNair.

Klett has experience representing clients in patent infringement matters related to a broad range of technologies and has argued before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He also litigates trademark and copyright infringement matters, as well as unfair competition and trade secrets cases.
Klett is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office; U.S. District Courts in South Carolina, Colorado and the Western District of Texas; and U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Fourth, Tenth and Federal Circuits.
Klett received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and his juris doctor from the University of Nebraska.
