Mr. Mandelker’s practice will concentrate on representing high-net-worth individuals in the following areas:

  • Multigenerational transfer of assets
  • Asset preservation
  • Business succession planning
  • Minimization of estate, gift, and income taxes
  • Preparation of wills and trust agreements.

With more than a decade of experience, Mr. Mandelker will represent clients in individual and fiduciary capacities regarding probate matters, the administration of trusts and estates, and estate and trust litigation. Additionally, Mr. Mandelker will advise clients on private letter rulings, audits, and offshore voluntary disclosures before the Internal Revenue Service and the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance.

“The recent tax reform legislation has significantly changed U.S. tax policies, which has impacted high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses,” said Matthew T.
