Foley Gardere Adds to Their Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice
Summary: Foley Gardere welcomed a new member to their business litigation & dispute resolution practice in Dallas.
Foley Gardere announced an addition to their Dallas office. Orrin Harrison III joined as of counsel in their Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. He joins from Gruber Hail Johansen Shank. Also coming along with Harrison is Chelsea Hilliard as an associate in the practice group.
Harrison has over 40 years of experience handling complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution, mostly involving accounting, antitrust, board counseling, corporate investigation, mergers and acquisitions, director-and-officer defense, and securities.
Chair Michael Gay of Foley’s Litigation Department and Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group said, “Orrin’s extensive litigation and trial experience adds significant depth to our growing practice both in Texas and nationally.
