Perkins Coie Makes Addition to Emerging Companies and Venture Capital
Summary: Perkins Coie has a new member of their Emerging Companies and Venture Capital practice in Arizona and Palo Alto, CA.
Perkins Coie announced the addition of Geoffrey M. Ossias to their firm. Ossias will be a partner with the firm and Head of the Arizona Emerging Companies and Venture Capital (ECVC) practice. He will be based out of the Phoenix office and Palo Alto, CA office. He joins the firm from DLA Piper.

Ossias will focus his practice on growth-stage companies fueled by technology in industries like healthcare, biotech, e-commerce, renewable energy, financial services, and more. He advises these clients on mergers, acquisitions, and other primary transactions as well as in investments made by venture capital and private equity firms.
Ossias earned his J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of Law, an M.J. from the University of California at Berkeley, and his A.B. from Vassar College.
