O’Meara has over 20 years of experience working with clients in complex debt financing transactions, especially domestic and cross-border acquisition finance. His clients regularly include asset managers, banks, finance companies, business development companies, private equity funds, institutional investors, and issuers.
O’Meara said, “Mayer Brown’s extensive finance platform, coupled with its strengths in a wide variety of complimentary practice areas, was a compelling reason to join the firm.
