Littler Welcomes Charles H. Wilson in Houston

Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, welcomed a shareholder to their Houston office. Charles H. Wilson joined the firm from Cozen O’Connor where he was Vice Chair and Office Managing Partner as well as a member of their labor and employment group.

Houston Office Managing Shareholder Kelley Edwards said, “With deep roots in the region and more than 20 years of employment litigation experience, Charles is a fantastic addition to our talented team in Houston. He brings an impressive track record defending clients in a range of employment-related matters and we are excited to welcome him to the firm.”

Wilson will focus on national and international companies involved in discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour violations, whistleblowing and retaliation, workplace injury, breaches of contract and misappropriation of trade secrets, and more. His experience also includes serving as an in-house lawyer for a hospitality company.

Wilson said of his new position, “Littler is known as a progressive and innovative firm with unparalleled subject matter knowledge in every area of labor and employment law. I’ve had opportunities in the past to work with many of the accomplished attorney’s in Littler’s Houston office that I’ve now honored to call colleagues. He earned his J.D. from Texas Southern University-Thurgood Marshall School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Connecticut. He is board certified in labor and employment law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Littler has welcomed a slew of new attorneys to their firm since January, including William Foster, Devjani Mishra, Anne LaWer, and Bradley Schwan.
