Arnold & Porter Welcome Paul Fishman
Summary: Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer added a former U.S. Attorney for New Jersey to their New York and Newark locations.
The former U.S. Attorney for New Jersey will be joining Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer. Paul Fishman is joining the law firm as a partner, working out of their New York City and Newark offices. He will lead the firm’s Crisis Management and Strategic Response team.
Fishman was a U.S. attorney from 2009 to 2017. He will focus his work at Arnold & Porter on internal investigations, compliance counseling, white collar defense, complex civil litigation, and appellate advocacy.
Chair Richard M. Alexander said, “Paul is a tireless and talented advocate who will bring strategic vision to the most challenging problems facing our clients. They will greatly benefit from his excellent judgment and deep practical experience managing complex matters. He is an outstanding addition to our firm, and we are privileged to welcome him back to private practice after his distinguished career in public service.”
Fishman is best known as the prosecutor of the Bridgegate scandal.
