Blank Rome Adds to Corporate, M&A & Securities Group

Blank Rome LLP announced the addition of two members to their Corporate, M&A, and Securities group. Nathan Brill and Ari Pozez will join the group as associates with Brill based in Washington D.C. and Pozez in New York.
Brill joins the firm from Kelley Drye & Warren LLP. He will focus his work on providing general corporate counsel to emerging and mature businesses and commercial transactions such as mergers and acquisitions and private equity matters. Brill specializes in representing early-stage and established private equity funds trying to participate or already enrolled in Small Business Administration’s Small Business Investment Company program. He earned a B.B.A. in Finance and International Business from George Washington University and his J.D. from Emory University School of Law.
Pozez joins the firm from DLA Piper. He will focus his practice on corporate law, specifically on finance and securities issues like debt and equity offerings, merger and acquisition transactions, and venture capital and private equity investments. He earned his J.D. from Tulane University School of Law and his B.A. from Arizona State University in Business and Political Science.
