Two Finance Associates Join Blank Rome
Summary: Blank Rome welcomed two new attorneys to their firm as associates in the finance, restructuring and bankruptcy group.
Blank Rome LLP added two attorneys to their Finance, Restructuring and Bankruptcy group as associates. Joshua A. Bachrach will join the Los Angeles office while Zachary F. Levin will be part of the New York team.
The Finance, Restructuring and Bankruptcy Group has welcomed several new members this year. The New York office added two associates – Kimberly Timko and Samir Ahuja. The Washington D.C. office welcomed a new partner – Martin D. Teckler.
Bachrach will focus his practice on all finance, business restricting and bankruptcy matters. He will do this by representing borrowers and institutions in domestic and international lending transactions. Bachrach also has experience helping financial institutions with bank and securities regulatory matters in regards to cross-border transactions and compliance. He earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. from Loyola Marymount University in philosophy.
Levin will focus on finance matters by representing borrowers and financial institutions with domestic and international lending transactions. He also has experience with energy and technology matters as well as counseling later-stage and emerging companies with private equity, venture capital, and general corporate issues. He earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.S. from Cornell University in Industrial and Labor Relations.
