Allen Matkins Adds Securities Litigation Partner
Summary: California-based Allen Matkins welcomed a former Skadden Arps attorney to their firm as a litigation partner.

Horvath brings a set diverse set of experience representing directors and public companies through complex litigation with alleged corporate misconduct or violations of federal securities law. He regularly advises clients, some of which have been high-profile clients like The Walt Disney Company and Chevron Corporation, on the fiduciary duties of directors and officers, responding to shareholder demands, shareholder activism, and the investments of shareholders to public and private companies. Horvath received his B.A. and Masters from Lehigh University and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Allen Matkins has added a number of attorneys this past year. With 11 new attorneys, including Marc Young, O’Malley Miller, Scott Dommes, Max Brunner, and Grayson Marshall, the firm has made strategic efforts to strengthen its abilities.
