Seyfarth Shaw Adds Construction Litigator
Summary: Seyfarth Shaw has strengthened their San Francisco team with an experienced construction litigator.
Seyfarth Shaw LLP added a new partner to their Litigation and Construction practice groups. Gregg Dulik will be joining the law firm in their San Francisco office. He joins from Sedgwick LLP in San Francisco where he was a partner in their Construction practice group.
Chair Kate Perrelli of Seyfarth’s Litigation department said, “Gregg is a talented multi-faceted construction lawyer and very skilled litigator, having achieved tremendous results for his clients in numerous jury trials, arbitrations and mediations. We are thrilled to welcome Gregg as we continue to expand our Construction practice nationally.”
Dulik has 30 years of experience in construction law where he has litigated complex matters for owners, contractors, and designers regarding all levels of public and private construction. This includes commercial buildings, multi-unit housing developments, hospitals, power plants, schools, hotels, military installations, parking structures, jails, sports stadiums, bridges, highways, corporate campuses, high-end private residences, tunnels, and manufacturing and processing facilities.
Managing Partner Christian Rowley of Seyfarth’s San Francisco office added, “Gregg is an outstanding lawyer who is well-known to the construction industry on the West Coast. He adds great depth to our Construction practice in San Francisco, and we’re excited to see his practice thrive on the firm’s national platform.”
He started his career with Thelen LLP where he stayed for over 20 years. He earned his J.D. from Boston University Law School and a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a member of the Legal Advisory Committee of the Associated General Contractors of California.
