Hogan Lovells Strengthens Silicon Valley Office
Summary: The Silicon Valley office of Hogan Lovells welcomed a new partner in their Corporate Practice.

Co-Chair Martha Steinman of the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice said, “Mike’s technology ECB-focused practice has a strong market reputation. His arrival bolsters our ability to deliver executive compensation services to clients we are doing transactional work for both locally and globally. Executive compensation, in particular equity-based, is a key concern in M&A as well as for startups and established businesses.”
Global Head David Gibbons of Hogan Lovells’ Corporate Practice added, “This is another step in our focused investment in key markets. Mike’s arrival strengthens the bench of our expanding transactional practice in Northern California. His addition is part of our strategic commitment to expand our technology and life science industry-focused M&A capabilities.”
Frank has over 22 years of experience, including time spent at Sidley Austin and Morrison & Foerster. He earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and other degrees from Stanford University and Grinnell College.
Hogan Lovells recently added a five-partner strong M&A and technology transactions group of Richard Climan, Jane Ross, Keith Flaum, Chris Moore, and John Brockland.
