Blank Rome LLP added a new associate to their Philadelphia office. Joshua L. Broderson will be part of the real estate group.
Broderson joins from Del Duca Lewis LLC. He will focus his practice on commercial and residential real estate and business matters, advising clients on all parts of acquisition, lending, leasing, land use, and development.
He earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law where he was a staff editor for the International and Comparative Law Journal. He received his B.S. from Lehigh University in Real Estate Finance. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
