Schouten will focus on an integrated corporate practice of structured finance and derivatives. He represents investors, borrowers, and major investment banks in matters such as structured credit transactions. He also helps banks, corporate end users, and funds with swap documentation like ISDA master agreements, interest rate swaps, equity derivatives, and credit support agreements. His clients include U.S. Bank and Macquarie Group.
