Orange County Office of Manatt Adds New Partner
Summary: Greenberg Gross LLP has lost a member of their team to Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP’s Orange County office.
The Litigation practice at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP has welcomed a new partner to their team. Adrianne E. Marshack will be joining from litigation boutique Greenberg Gross, LLP to work in the Orange County office.

She will be focusing her work on class actions, employment law, and complex commercial litigation. She will be representing clients in consumer class actions, trademarks, trade secrets, unfair competition, civil rights law, and copyright matters. In regards to employment work, Marshack will help clients in all areas of litigation, including wage and hour issues, employee class actions, harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination proceedings at the federal and state level.

Marshack has worked at Manatt’s Orange County office once before as an associate for five years. She also worked as an elementary school teacher in South Central Los Angeles. She still serves on the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Advisory Panel for the Children’s Hospital of Orange County and is a founding member of the Board of Directors of MaxLove Project Inc. The organization supports education, research, and family and patient advocacy relating to childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases in children.
She earned her B.F.A. from New York University and a J.D. from UCLA School of Law.
