The American Lawyer’s “Corporate Scorecard” published in April 2013 lists Skadden Arps as Principal Counsel for M&A transactions by value in 2012. Skadden Arps ranked first among law firms in the role of Principal Counsel.
The law firm also ranked first as “REIT Equity Issuer’s Counsel” by value and tied for the first place as “Issuer’s Counsel for non-U.S. IPOS” by volume.
Skadden Arps tied for the highest number of overall rankings on the “Corporate Scorecard” with 26 rankings in all.
