Collections Strong, Demand Slowed In 2011
There seems to be good news for the law industry. Collections were strong in the third quarter, but growth in demand was sluggish, leading to a notable drop in the growth of inventory. Across the industry, the revenue was high at 5.2 percent, for the first three quarters in 2011. Gatherings were so high in the third quarter that revenue growth exceeded expense growth.
