Fox Sports is suing the Major League Baseball franchise

Fox Sports is planning to sue the besieged Major League Baseball franchise. In the suit filed in Delaware's federal bankruptcy court on Tuesday, by lawyers from Rutter Hobbs & Davidoff and Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell, Fox Sports Net West requests a court order to block any sale of Dodgers' TV rights violating the network's existing contract with the team. The block owner Frank McCourt's had plans to rescue the Los Angeles Dodgers from bankruptcy by auctioning off the rights to broadcast the team's games. The Fox suit comes in action of Major League Baseball's move to prohibit the Dewey & LeBoeuf and Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor lawyers representing the Dodgers in the insolvency case.
