Jun He Recruits International Lawyers for Hong Kong,Shanghai & New York offices.

Jun He,China's Law firm has recruited three international lawyers as partners for its Hong Kong,Shanghai and New York offices. Chen Luming will be joining the Shanghai office. His specialization is lawsuit and negotiation arising in construction projects,joint ventures,and insurance and liquidation matters. Daniel Wan is joining in Hong Kong Wan with specializations in Hong Kong corporate finance and capital markets. He also advises on mergers and acquirements,joint ventures and direct investments in Hong Kong and China. Alex Yong will join Jun He at New York. Alex specializes in mergers & acquisitions and finance matters.
