Partners of Orrick's London Restructuring Practice Group are joining Dewey & LeBoeuf
The two-partner team of Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe's restructuring practice group in London is joining Dewey & LeBoeuf. Mark Fennessy, co-head of restructuring and insolvency, is joining Dewey's seven-partner London business solutions and governance practice along with colleague restructuring partner Hazel Miller. Miller is specialized in corporate and financial restructuring work, and also counsels on financing transactions of real estate. Mark Fennessy has an expertise in all areas of contentious and non-contentious turnaround and insolvency matters.
