Stryker, Tams & Dill that once numbered among New Jersey's largest law firm, closed its doors. The firm's head count was reducing slowly and was dropped from 47 attorneys to 15 by 2010. Lastly it was left with 9 attorneys. All creams were picking by out-of-state firms and inability to compete with regional firms was one of the reasons of closing down. Stryker, Tams & Dill was established in 1898 with the focus on the traditional areas of civil law. Later it had established its reputation in banking, corporate law, family law, insurance, labor law, real estate, securities, taxation, trade regulation, trusts and estates, and all types of civil litigation.
