Six Law Firms Advise as Hewlett-Packard's Offers $10.3 Billion for Autonomy

Six law firms are playing a big role in the acquisition of Autonomy Corp. by Hewlett-Packard. In largest-ever legal technology deal, HP is agreeing to buy Autonomy Corp. for $10.3 billion.
