Vault finds Arent Fox Most Diverse DC-based Firm

Vault.com has surveyed more than 16,000 associates to get their views regarding firms' diversity initiative. Associates rated their firms on diversity initiatives and their efforts to hire, retain, and promote minority and female attorneys, as well as gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender lawyers. Washington-based law firm Arent Fox made his position in top 25. The law firm stands 14th best law firm for its diversity policy. According to survey the top five most diverse law firms, are Carlton Fields, Littler Mendelson, Ropes & Gray, Jenner & Block, and Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
