Partner Leslie Overton Moves to DOJ Antitrust
Anti Trust Division of the US justice department has added a partner from Washington office of Jones Day. Leslie Overton had played an important role in several high-profile matters while she was associated with Jones day. She had worked with teams that represented XM satellite radio holdings in its 2008 merger with serious radio and purchase of The Gillette Company by Procter & Gamble Co in 2005. She had worked from 2002 - 2004 as counsel to the assistant attorney general for antitrust. Leslie Overton is coming back to DOJ as a special adviser to the assistant attorney general.
