This firm is fairly large nationally, with a mid-sized Boston office. The practice in the Boston office is fairly similar to that of the firm nationwide: good labor and employment work, health care, and general corporate and securities work. The attorneys here do complain that they occasionally feel a bit like a franchise, not seeing a good deal of overall unity. Nonetheless, the Boston and New York offices are fairly well connected and together cover most major practice areas. The advantages here are practice areas that get high points for interest from associates. That being said, these practice areas, like employment defense, are not big revenue drivers.
