Labor & Employment Associate (Mid-Level)

Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid-level Labor & Employment Associate to join its Boston office. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in employment-related litigation, advice, and counseling.

Duties

• Handle employment-related litigation and provide advice and counseling.
• Draft and review employment, separation, and restrictive covenant agreements.
• Advise on wage and hour compliance, including classifications and general compliance.
• Conduct leave of absence and policy reviews.
• Support corporate transactions as needed.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Active member of the Massachusetts bar.
• Experience with corporate transactions preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Massachusetts bar membership.
