Lisa Pavia is a Senior Recruiter in BCG's Washington, DC office. She places attorneys in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and other nearby regional markets. Lisa has over 20 years experience in the legal industry. Prior to joining BCG, she spent four years as an attorney search consultant with another Washington, DC search firm.
During her extensive law firm career in Washington, DC, she worked in the recruiting offices of several distinguished law firms including: Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson; Covington & Burling; and Arnold & Porter, where she was the Manager for Attorney Hiring. Lisa has worked with and been mentored by some of the brightest attorneys in the nation. She has a unique vantage point for appreciating and recognizing the needs and concerns of candidates and clients.
