You receive nearly 25 years of institutional knowledge of the California legal market, including: San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Sacramento, Los Angeles and surrounding area, Orange County and San Diego.

You receive Ted's knowledge regarding which firms are seeking to hire (even if the positions are not publicly available), as well as his marketing of your candidacy to all prospective employers (of course, with your express permission).

6. INTERVIEW PREPARATION
Ted will help you with the logistics and preparation for your interview(s). When possible, he will provide you with insight into prospective interviewers when possible.

9. OFFER STAGE
Ted will help you get to the offer stage and, when necessary, close the deal. Additionally, when needed, Ted will personally get involved in expediting the offer, helping you negotiate terms, dealing with time constraints, etc. In addition to just receiving an offer, Ted will help you evaluate how accepting a particular offer of employment will affect your long-term career goals.
