The candidate should have experience in patent preparation and prosecution particularly related to semiconductors and/or wireless (preferably with 802.11) technologies. Should be members of the Patent Bar and have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or an associated discipline. Relevant technological experience with semiconductor process and packaging, consumer products, software, cloud computing, network technologies, digital imaging, wireless communications, and/or consumer electronics is required. Mechanical Engineering experience is a plus.
