Will primarily work on software license agreements, SaaS subscription agreements, web and mobile legal terms, service agreements, and distribution agreements. Work on the intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, financings, public offerings, and other corporate transactions. A technical or science background is beneficial.

The candidate will be drafting and negotiating technology-driven transactions, including IT and business process outsourcing transactions; cloud and software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements; software licensing, maintenance, and development agreements; systems integration transactions; consulting arrangements; and non-disclosure agreements. Should have experience with technology transactions. Must have an understanding of commercial issues and their interaction with legal issues.
