Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of relevant legal experience in technology and intellectual property transactions.
  • Proven experience in life sciences transactions, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and strategic commercial agreements.
  • Outstanding credentials and qualifications related to the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Texas Bar.

Certifications:
