Significant experience in drafting and negotiating construction agreements, license agreements, and operating agreements; and experience with mechanics liens, acquisitions, financing and leasing of real property, joint venture agreements, commercial and residential closings, real estate development and general corporate work are essential. Must be admitted in New York.
