Requirements:

  • Admission to the New York State Bar; additional admissions in other jurisdictions are a plus.
  • Experience practicing law, with a focus on construction defect litigation.
  • Proven trial track record, including experience at both state and federal levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a caseload independently.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, research, and communication skills.
