Indianapolis office of our client seeks business attorney with 1-3 years of experience. The candidate will be working on matters related to mergers and acquisitions, finance, private equity, venture capital, fund formation, and general business.

With additional offices throughout the Midwest and the East Coast, the firm has over 200 lawyers ready to serve their clients. New associates are assigned to one of five sections: Bond/Municipal Finance, Business, Labor, Litigation, or Real Estate. New associates are encouraged to let the firm know what areas interest them, but all attorneys are expected to be willing to work in a wide variety of areas. New associates are also provided with early client contact. While some associates aren't ecstatic with the firm's bonus structure, this mid-tier firm does pay higher than many similar firms in the area.
Indianapolis office of our client seeks corporate attorney with 5+ years of experience and a book of business. The candidate must have substantive experience of representing public companies, investors and underwriters in capital markets transactions and other registered and unregistered offerings of debt and equity securities. Should also have experience in general corporate matters including shareholder and limited liability company agreements and transactional matters.
