Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Services Associate Attorney with a strong background in corporate law, particularly in Securities Reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and Bank Regulatory work. Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on corporate matters, including Securities Reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and Bank Regulatory work.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support client matters and provide unique perspectives on complex issues.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate filings.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, meetings, and other legal proceedings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of corporate legal experience, focusing on Securities Reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and Bank Regulatory work.
  • Excellent academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, or Maine.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to offer innovative solutions to complex legal issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate legal advice clearly and effectively to clients and colleagues.
  • Commitment to teamwork and providing exceptional client service.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the State Bar in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, or Maine.
