Plaintiff Litigation Associate Attorney

Woodbridge office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks plaintiff litigation associate attorney preferably with 3-5 years of experience in personal injury matters, including trial advocacy. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with clients and take on considerable litigation responsibilities, including trial preparation and jury trials. Judicial clerkship preferred. Admission to New Jersey Bar in good standing is required, and New York Bar admission is a plus. Should preferably have experience taking depositions, preparing motions, and attending court appearances.

The candidate must have strong analytical, interpersonal, and organization skills and a demonstrated ability to work as part of a team. Should have outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and oral communications skills.

The legal practice has law offices located in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York. The firm started over ninety years ago. More than one-hundred skilled attorneys are on staff.
