Duties

• Handle case appearances, including status conferences and lien trials.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Manage discovery tasks and ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Coordinate with supervising attorneys and provide case status updates.
• Support trial preparation and related litigation tasks.

Requirements

• Active California Bar license, in good standing.
• Based in Northern California with availability for in-person appearances.
• No prior Workers' Compensation experience required (training provided).
• Litigation, deposition, or case management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable to new practice areas.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California Bar license.
