The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in representing cities, townships, villages, and other public bodies on a wide variety of matters, including governance, land use, zoning, ordinance enforcement, property tax, public utility systems, and municipal litigation.

Duties

• Represent public bodies in governance, land use, and zoning matters.
• Engage in ordinance enforcement and property tax issues.
• Handle public utility systems and municipal litigation.
• Work directly with clients and manage multiple projects.
• Attend municipal meetings and provide legal counsel.

Requirements

• Experience in municipal law.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications
