Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney - Transactional for its Sacramento, CA office. The successful candidate will assist K-12 schools and community colleges with a variety of operational legal issues, including real estate transactions, leases, public contracting, construction procurement, disputes, and contract negotiations.

Duties
