Job Overview:
A reputable law firm is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join its Business Practice Group in New Hampshire. This opportunity is ideal for a legal professional with a minimum of four years' experience in transactional law who is enthusiastic about client service and excited to contribute to a collaborative and intellectually open team. The role offers a wide scope of practice across corporate, real estate, municipal, and commercial matters, with room to grow into leadership and develop focused practice areas of personal interest.

Location:

  • Lebanon, NH

Duties:

  • Represent clients in a variety of transactional matters including corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate

  • Provide general corporate counsel and support for entity formation, contract drafting, and regulatory compliance

  • Handle commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, and financing

  • Support municipal clients on legal and policy issues

  • Draft, review, and negotiate business and real estate agreements

  • Collaborate closely with other attorneys within the firm on interdisciplinary matters

  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships while developing a focused legal practice

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in transactional, business, or real estate law

  • Broad experience in corporate representation, M&A, commercial lending, and municipal law preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex transactions and client matters

  • Strong interest in working as part of a collaborative, team-oriented practice

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the New Hampshire State Bar (or eligibility for prompt admission)
