  • Specific experience in financial services matters.
  • Familiarity with government agencies, such as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, bank regulatory agencies, or a state attorney general.
  • Demonstrated background or interest in financial services matters.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the State Bar.

Skills:

  • Strong legal research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance.
