Duties

  • Provide legal counsel on employment policies and compliance.
  • Draft and review restrictive covenant and severance agreements.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in employment law and litigation.
  • Substantial familiarity with MA and federal employment statutes.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a self-starter attitude.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.

Skills

  • Knowledge of ADA, FMLA, PFML, FLSA, MA Wage Act, Chapter 151B, Title VII, ADEA, MNAA.
  • Experience with employment-related matters and agreements.
